The Meadow

Washington is filled with mountain ranges, and spending any time outdoors means frequently being breath-taken by the scale of Mount Rainier and the Cascade mountain ranges, as well as on the other side of the Sound with the Olympic mountains. Growing up in the midwest, the sheer height and proximity of the mountains in the PNW awed me. This is a self portrait of what it feels like, for me, to experience the pacific northwest.Only 50 of each piece will be created. Once complete, this work will permanently retire.
