Refund policy
Original Art: All original art sales are final.
Art Prints: All Art Print sales are final. We are not able to offer refunds or returns as all prints are made to order. Replacements for damaged goods can be discussed at info@carringtonmoorestudio.com.
Dust Jackets and Inserts: For an instance of a fit error, a replacement product may be discussed at info@carringtonmoorestudio.com. We may not be able to resolve all fit issues. While we will do our best to accommodate sizing, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact us regarding fit before purchase.
Damages and issues
Any damaged, lost, or stolen artwork must be reported within 14 days of delivery. When reporting damage you must share your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the exterior and interior view of the packaging that the artwork/frame arrived in. Damaged, lost, or stolen frames and/or framed artwork will be replaced. No refunds will be given.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
